Day 01: Arrival in Kathmandu, transfer to Hotel Thamel or Similar

Day 02-03: In Kathmandu for Tibet visa procedure.

Day 04: Drive to Tibet boarder, transfer to Zangmu.

Day 05: Drive to Nylam (3720m) .

Day 06: Rest day for acclimatization.

Day 07: Drive to Tingri ( 4340m) 

Day 08: Rest day in Tingri for acclimatization- 

Day 09: Drive to Cho-Oyu Base camp (4964m) O/N camp.

Day 10: Rest day- O/N Camp.

Day 11: Prepare loads to ABC O/N Camp

Day 12: Trek to Interim camp- O/N Camp.

Day 13: Arrive at advance base camp (5720m) O/N Camp.

Day 14: Climbing period.

Day 15: Trek back to base camp-O/N Camp.

Day 16: Drive to Zangmu- 

Day 17: Drive to Kathmandu, transfer to Hotel.

Day 18: Free day in Kathmandu.

Day 19: Final departure.
National Park entry permit, Trekking permit, all surface transportation to and fro, a guide and required number of porter(s), cook, kitchen helper, sherpas, all meals three times a day (breakfast, lunch, dinner, tea, coffee, fruit, juice, etc.), necessary camping equipments such as tents, kitchen tent, dining tent, toilet tent, mattresses, down sleeping bags, down jackets, cooking utensils, fuel etc. camping charges, rescue help, insurance and equipment for the Nepali staffs.
